Connors Bros offers two different types of storage. In either case, all items must be labeled with the students last name, and total number of items.

1. Per Item – we will store your items for $5 per item per month. The only exceptions are mattresses and sofas, which are $15 dollars per month. An items is considered to be any loose article. There is a weight limit to prevent over packing: One person must be able to lift each item.
2. Portable Storage Units – We have 5×8 portable storage units that can be delivered right outside your dorm room for you to load. After we deliver the unit, you get three days to load the unit and put a lock on it, then we pick it up and store it in our secured warehouse. At the end of the summer, give us two days notice and we will deliver it back to your new dorm. The cost for this service is $500 for the whole summer (No hidden charges). Portable units must be paid in full before delivery in the fall.
3. Storage Units – We have 5 x 8 storage units for $100 per month. Storage is a full month or part thereof. If students store with friends the first student to pick up their storage is responsible for payment.

Getting your stuff to storage

There are four options:

1. Free Curb Pickups – This years special is that we will be doing free curb pickups every day from Friday May 20 through Tuesday May 24. Please check our free pickup schedule below. Normal storage prices still apply. In September, we will have three free delivery dates. An early drop off for the athletes, JA’s, and other early arrivals, and a delivery right after all other students return. The free delivery dates for the fall will be Tuesday, September 6th (with more dates to come). The same delivery schedule will apply, (see below). Students must still call with 48 hours notice to receive storage at the free delivery. No items will be put on the truck unless there is a delivery reservation made.
2. You can haul your items to us. Our hours for the week of May 20 through the 24th are Fri-Tue (including the weekend) 10 am to 2 pm, or by appointment. We will gladly meet you outside of those hours if an appointment is made by calling our office at (413) 458-8141.
3. Room Pickup. For $100 we will go directly to your room and pickup your items. Please call the office to arrange for a time and date. (Please note, weekend room pickups are $150.)
4. Curb Pickup. For $40 we will pickup your items at the nearest curb to your dorm room. Please call the office to arrange a time and date. This service is the same as the free pickups, except outside of the free schedule, which is below:

Free Pickup Schedule

For Pickup, all of your items must be brought to the location before the scheduled time. All items must be marked with your last name, total number of items, (this includes drop offs).

Getting Your Stuff Out of Storage

For all delivery scenario’s students must call our office 48 business hours in advance to arrange for delivery or pickup.

Free Delivery: There will be a delivery for JA’s on Thursday, Aug 25th between 2pm and 3pm. The other free deliveries will be Friday, September 2nd, and Tuesday September 6th. The times and locations for the 2nd and 6th deliveries are the same as the pickup schedule above.

Curb Delivery: Same as the pickups, for $40 we will deliver your items to your nearest curb

Room Delivery: Also same as pickups, for $100 on weekdays, and $150 on weekends and holidays we will deliver your storage items right to your dorm room

Self Haul: Students are always welcome to come and get their belongings from us, but don’t forget to call 48 business hours in advance. Warehouse hours for Labor Day Weekend are by appointment only. Give us a call at least 48 hours in advance and we will set up a time to meet you at the warehouse.
